About the author
Ernest Hemingway was born July 21 1899, and died July 2 1961 at the age of 61. Hemingway was an American author and journalist who was a strong influence of the 20th century, because of his writing style. He released most of his novels and short stories between the years 1920 to 1950, and many were called classics of American literature. He has also won a Nobel Prize in Literature.
